How long does a refill last?
When stored outside the protective pouch, the refill pellets diffuse continuously for up to one week.
Do I need a diffuser case?
The refill slips into the diffuser case, which protects it and lets you take it everywhere. You buy the case once, then switch refills as you like.
When will I receive my order?
All orders placed before 12 PM (noon) are shipped the same day. Please allow 3–5 business days for delivery, depending on your location.
Can I use Olfinity products while pregnant?
Regarding pregnant and lactating women, despite a calibrated diffusion and the absence of contact with the skin, we do not encourage the use of essential oils and fragrances.
